office—but first, we wanted
you to know something. And today
it’s not something you often
hear in the healthcare professions.
It’s simply that we are
extraordinarily happy you are
considering us as your provider for
Chiropractic care. Quite frankly,
we think it would be a privilege to
serve
you.
Healthcare has undergone immense
changes from what it was just a few
years ago. In terms of technology
we’re way ahead, but not all
of the changes are good. To us it
feels as if some of the caring has
gone out of the healthcare
professions, just as it has in many
professions. It’s similar to
sports. Sports are no longer just
sports. It’s more of a
business—an impersonal
business. But we’ve made a
vow not to let that happen to our
practice. We think people become
doctors in the first place because
they care and we don’t want
to lose
that.
Here’s what this means for
you. It means that if you have an
emergency or urgent question,
we’re always just a phone
call away. That’s because, to
us, health is the number one
priority. It means that we have
lunch-time, after-work or Saturday
hours for your convenience. Plus we
are in-network providers with most
plans and we submit claims for you.
It also means that if you have any
problems or concerns at all,
we’ll work with you in any
way we can. Because
that’s what caring
means.

BART/MUNI

$10 for the first hour, $5 for each additional hour

2. Embarcadero Center One on Battery between Clay and Sacramento
$3.00 per 15 minutes until 5pm, after 5pm $3.00 per hour
Five minute walk to our office
3. a. Saint Mary's Square Garage at Kearny, Pine and California streets
b. Golden Gateway Garage on Clay / cross street Front
$3.50 per 30 minutes until 5pm. after 5pm $7.00 flat rate

We participate in most insurance plans, and provide care for auto, work, sports and repetitive strain injuries. Some of the plans we participate in that offer a chiropractic benefit include: Aetna, Anthem Blue Cross, Blue Shield, Cigna, Great West, Guardian, Harrington Health, Health Net, Kaiser, Pacificare, PHCS, UMR, United Health Care, and various HMO Affinity Plans.

For insured patients, services are billed at the in-network contracted rate as determined by each particular health plan/group. Some insurance plans have deductibles, co-payments, specific coverage limitations, and/or requirements for treatment notification or authorization. Please check with us (we'd be happy to help), your employer, or your insurance company to determine your actual plan coverage.
