Here are several examples of common sitting activities often performed with poor posture that bends the spine out of its normal shape eventually causing deformity, degeneration, and pain .  Proper posture always maintains the normal shape of the spine to minimize stress and strain on the muscles, ligaments, tendons, fascia, nerves, bones, and discs.  The examples shown below are most likely poor posture habit positions that are repeated all day long.
