Posture & Ergonomic Awareness Training Sessions now available

Many of us today spend more time sitting than we do in any other position, yet most of us are not very good at it! The result is excess strain that often leads to pain, spinal deformity and disability.

No amount of medication or therapy can compensate for the endless hours of counter-productive poor posture and body strain that we often subject ourselves to on a daily basis.

Science of Sitting Made Simple Book Dr. Carb's book The Science of Sitting Made Simple outlines ten easy steps to help improve your health and lift your energy by improving your posture, body awareness, and movement. To address your personal postural issues and specific ergonomic concerns, in-office sessions with Dr. Carb based on his ten easy steps method are now available to provide you with individual instruction, and a copy of The Science of Sitting Made Simple book is included.
